The Aligned Activities workgroup was created in 2017 in order to establish a process for vetting ideas for new initiatives as well as tracking the progress of ongoing work. Several documents were created to achieve this goal and working drafts have been used with each of the existing initiatives. The Board of Directors has given approval for continued use of the Aligned Activities forms. The workgroup will continue to meet on an as-needed basis, reviewing proposal for new projects as well as check-in forms required every six months for ongoing initiatives.
