Our December e-newsletter closes out the year with a reflective message from Sarah Bassing-Sutton, marking nearly one year since she stepped into her role as Executive Director of The Northeast Wisconsin Mental Health Connection. In her column, Sarah shares her gratitude for the many conversations and insights offered by members and partners throughout 2025, and reflects on how those learnings are helping shape the strategic direction of The Connection as we move into 2026 with greater clarity, capacity, and purpose.
As we look to the new year, members are encouraged to mark their calendars for our 2026 member meetings, which take place every other month (odd-numbered months) on the second Thursday. Our first meeting of the year is scheduled for January 8. We will continue with the same flexible meeting format, offering two live options with the same agenda and speakers: an early morning, in-person meeting from 7:30–8:30 a.m. at Catalpa Health in Appleton, and a virtual Zoom option from 11:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m.
