We’re kicking off Mental Health Awareness Month with a special community breakfast on Monday, May 4 from 9–10 a.m. at Miron Construction. This in-person event will bring partners and community members together to launch our month-long campaign focused on connection, awareness, and simple actions that support mental well-being. As part of this year’s theme, we’re inviting individuals and organizations to take part in our Mental Health Awareness Month Bingo, a fun and engaging way to encourage small, meaningful steps that build connection and support mental health. Space is limited, so we encourage you to register in advance: CLICK HERE TO REGISTER.
This month’s newsletter also highlights the release of our new Project Zero Adult Suicide Death Review (2022–2025) report, which shares key findings and opportunities to strengthen suicide prevention efforts across our region.
