Curious about the work of the Northeast Wisconsin Mental Health Connection? We invite you to join us for our upcoming Member Meeting on March 12, where we’ll share updates on current initiatives and regional efforts to strengthen mental health, and highlight opportunities to collaborate, learn, and get involved.
The agenda includes an agency spotlight from Reach Counseling, a preview of May Mental Health Awareness Month activities, a new report by Project Zero on preventing adult suicide deaths, and an overview of the Vital Conditions for Health and Well-Being Framework used in the new Tri-County Community Health Assessment. Our meetings also include time to connect with others and learn about ways to get involved in ongoing mental health initiatives across the region.
Get all the details in this month’s e-newsletter. You can also find meeting information our Member Meetings page.
This month’s newsletter also shares updates from across The Connection’s network. The Outreach Learning Community is returning in response to member feedback, creating space for outreach specialists, social workers, and intake and discharge staff to strengthen relationships and improve referral pathways across the region.
Additional highlights include updates from the Connected Fox Valley initiative and information about upcoming trainings and events, including the NAMI Wisconsin Annual Conference in Appleton and a learning series focused on supporting families of transgender individuals. Together, these opportunities continue to support collaboration, learning, and community action to strengthen mental health across the Fox Valley!
