Who We Are

The Northeast Wisconsin Mental Health Connection is a network of dues-paying members collaborating to strengthen mental health across Calumet, Outagamie and Winnebago counties. The Connection uses a collective-impact approach to support work that no single agency or organization could do alone. We align partners, elevate community voice, share data, incubate and lead initiatives, and turn learning into action — all with the goal of creating a more connected, resilient, and mentally well region.

Our Mission

The mission of The Connection is to lead a coalition of diverse stakeholders to champion mental health for everyone in the Fox Valley by addressing barriers, challenging systems, creating solutions, and prioritizing care and support.

Our Vision

A community that is resilient, connected, and mentally well
